Return Time Ranges & Shipping Responsibility
• Change of Mind Returns: You may return unworn items within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 Clothing  | 
 (a) Items must be in new, original condition with all required tags attached. This includes vendor tags or return security tags (such as wardrobe ribbons/rivets where applied). Returns will not be accepted if tags or wardrobe ribbons/rivets are removed or tampered with, and items must not be worn, used, altered, or washed. Products returned with damage, signs of use or wear, scuffs or markings, makeup, hairs or fiber, dander, dust or dirt, deodorant, perfume, or otherwise do not meet our return policy requirements and will not be accepted. (b) Items sold as sets must be returned with the correct sizes, as sold. (c) Items must be returned inside protective packaging, such as the polybag or box it was originally shipped with, to keep them safe in transit back to us.  |

How to Start a Return
• Log in to your account and navigate to 'Order History' to initiate the return.
• Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide your reason.
• Generate a return shipping label for 'Change of Mind' returns (cost deducted from refund), or await a pre-paid label from customer service for 'Faulty or Incorrect Item' returns.
• Securely pack the items, attach the return label, and drop them off at the designated carrier location.
• Keep your proof of postage until the refund is fully processed.
Refund Processing
• Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund
Special Circumstances
• Non-Delivery: If tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, contact us within 24 hours with supporting evidence for investigation
Duties and Taxes
• Prepaid duties and taxes are forwarded to your local customs authority and are non-refundable once your return is processed. As only the recipient of an order can reclaim these fees, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office directly for further assistance.
